This is a spacious independent apartment located next to the Villa that can boast of having a private garden..
The Depandance is located on the ground floor, measuring about 100 square meters, and it is surrounded on each side by a large garden that we call a "natural garden", by which we mean our fragrant garden that changes color with every season, thanks to the flowering of the berries in autumn, the broom in spring and the lavender in summer with trees and plants.
The garden is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

The Depandance consists of:
• Living room with sofa, fireplace and kitchen equipped with stove, sink, kitchen utensils, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
• On one side of the living room there is a bedroom with a double bed (195x160 cm) with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower.
• On the other side of the living room there is a corridor with 1 double bedroom (195x160 cm) with access to the garden, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (195x85 cm per bed) which can be joined to form, upon request, a double bed.
This apartment has free wi-fi.
