Inside a famous ice cream parlor, guided by the skilled hands of the master ice cream maker, you will discover the history and all the secrets of this delicacy already famous in the times of the Medici.
Together with the teacher, you will prepare the artisan ice cream which you will then taste at the end of your lesson!
