Tuscan dinners celebrate and pay tribute to traditional home cooking through the authentic ingredients of the region.
These themed dinners, reserved for members, offer a fixed menu that changes each evening, typically including a Tuscan appetizer, a pasta course, a meat dish with vegetables, and a delicious dessert to conclude.
Three evenings a week, the Club La Stanza del Duca tells the story of the most authentic Tuscany through engaging dinners: evenings that are not simply gastronomic events, but true tributes to the simplicity and purity of Tuscan cuisine. They are moments of conviviality and culinary culture, where guests can savor regional specialties while discovering anecdotes and stories behind the recipes.
Local Wines
The atmosphere will be enhanced by a selection of local wines that tell the story of the territory and the many grape varieties of Tuscany, starting with Vernaccia di San Gimignano (the only wine mentioned in Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy), through to the Super Tuscans of the coast, Chianti Classico from Florence, Brunello, and Nobile from the Crete Senesi area.
Each label is carefully chosen to complement the dishes, creating an interplay of aromas and flavors for an emotional and engaging tasting experience.
The wines are meticulously selected by Sandra, a sommelier with over twenty years of experience, and by Nicola, whose boundless knowledge and passion enrich every choice.
A slow dinner experience to be savored and shared.
