If you want discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, it’s enough to just put on the apron and enter the kitchen of the Villa where our cook will teach you how to prepare some of our Tuscan recipes.
We are very happy to share the experience of our kitchen with you because for us it means being able to share something precious that is part of our family tradition. Il Borghetto Tuscan Cooking Classes are suitable for everyone and are the ideal experience to have fun together and bring home a little piece of Tuscany.
Every person can choose the menu of their choice according to their palate, as we offer cooking courses with a complete menu, handmade pasta only, or delicious vegetarian options.
Here is a "taste" of the delicious dishes you will prepare, always with the freshest and seasonal ingredients.
We prepare the zonzelle, both the sweet and savory schiacciata, appetizers with various types of bruschetta and savory vegetable pies. Then there are the delicious gnocchi, the tagliatelle or pici, and the ravioli, seasoned with sauces made from seasonal vegetables available at the time.
And for the second course, we have the fillet of pork with balsamic vinegar, ossobuco, zucchini and tomatoes stuffed with meat or vegetables and much more that you can discover by participating in our Tuscan Cooking Classes!
For dessert we have cantuccini, schiacciata dolce, apple or fruit cake.
Our Tuscan Cooking Classes are organized on request and at the end of the class you can enjoy a delicious lunch with the dishes you have prepared, in a relaxing atmosphere under the pergola and with good wine!
But it's not over here! What’s more, all the participants will walk away with the recipes of the dishes made, so that you can follow them step-by-step at home to bring back with you all the flavors of Tuscany.
